Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By engaging with Miralith for Transfer Pricing Design and Multinational Tax Optimization Strategies, you agree to these terms of service.

2. Scope of Offerings

2.1 Services

Professional advisory services related to transfer pricing design and multinational tax optimization strategies.

2.2 Infoproducts

Digital course materials, guides, and templates delivered electronically.

2.3 Goods

Physical publications or documentation provided in print form.

3. Fees and Charges

Clients shall pay the agreed fees in advance. All fees are exclusive of delivery expenses for goods. Fees for infoproducts and goods are due upon order confirmation.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Services

Clients may request a refund on service fees within fourteen days of purchase. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment source within thirty days. Requests received after the fourteen-day window are not eligible for a refund but may be transferred to future engagements if work has not commenced. Transfer requests must be made within ninety days of purchase.

4.2 Infoproducts

A full refund is available within seven days of electronic delivery, provided no additional resources have been accessed or downloaded. Refunds will be issued within fourteen days of approval.

4.3 Goods

Unopened physical items in their original packaging may be returned within thirty days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Refunds for returned goods will be issued within twenty-one days of receipt.

5. Non-Refundable Offerings

Customized analyses, bespoke reports, and one-on-one consulting sessions are non-refundable due to the tailored nature of the work and resource allocation. Clients will be informed of non-refund status prior to engagement.

6. Service Credit Transfers

Clients who have not yet received services may opt to transfer service credits to a future date, valid for up to one hundred eighty days from the original purchase date. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing prior to commencement of work.
